Terms and conditions Apartment Terra

These terms apply to bookings of Apartment Terra, Casa Montecastelli, Frazione Montecastelli 181, 06019 Umbertide (PG), Italy. Glamping Luna del Monte has its own terms on its own website.

Booking

• The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
• Terra sleeps up to four guests. Only the guests named in the booking may stay at and use the apartment and its facilities. Visitors are welcome only with our prior permission.
• If the person making the booking is not the lead guest, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damage as described in these terms.
• To secure a booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the booking amount. A booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received and you have our confirmation.
• Deposits are only refunded under the conditions below.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00 and before 23:00 on the day of arrival, with a key box.
• Check-out: by 11:00 on the day of departure.
• Arriving earlier or leaving later? You can leave your luggage with us; please ask about the options.

Cancellation and non-arrival

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Deposits are refunded as follows:

• cancellation 60 days or more before arrival: full refund of the deposit;
• cancellation between 30 and 60 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is refunded;
• cancellation 30 days or less before arrival: no refund, and the full booking amount is due.

Guests who do not arrive, for whatever reason, lose their deposit and the full booking amount is due. We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance.

In the rare event that we have to cancel your booking, our liability is limited to refunding the payments you have already made. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control.

House rules

• Please respect the privacy and peace of other guests, neighbours and the owners at all times. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
• Parties and events are not allowed, nor is commercial photography or filming.
• Smoking is not allowed inside. Outside it is allowed as long as it does not disturb other guests or neighbours.
• We may end a stay with immediate effect if guests seriously disturb others or do not respect these rules.

Pool

• The private pool is open from May to September.
• Use of the pool is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard. The pool has no lockable fence: children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Pets

Up to two pets are welcome, free of charge. Dogs and cats are welcome; other pets only with our prior permission.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is intended for normal use such as browsing, email, video calls and streaming. Please use it fairly. Illegal activity through our network is prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.

Damage and lost property

• The lead guest is responsible for damage caused by any member of the booking party, such as breakage, stains or damage to furniture and fittings. Please report any damage as soon as possible.
• Lost keys are charged at replacement cost.
• Items left behind are kept for one month. We can post them at your cost, or you can arrange collection. We are not responsible for lost items.

Parking

Parking on site is free and at your own risk.
